You know ... I think it was the breathing. I felt really tired and just
really tight and tense in the shoulders all day today.
I had a wonderful yoga class and really focused in on honing my breathing. I
feel much better and ready to hit the sack.
I truly believe, that centering one's breath, and really focusing on
yourself with each cleansing breath, can help keep you healthy.
It certianly cleared up my scinesses.
