@009 nine is yours and mind.  I'm going to get into the best shape of my
life.  Good job on the pull-ups.  
How many did you use to be able to do?  My goal at least for pull-ups is to
do 12 sets of 15.  Right now I do six sets of 12, and six sets of 10.

Hi everyone,  I have been thinking  a lot lately about what it means to set
a goal.  So, I thought I would get your input.  Do you think it is important
to set goals for your self as far as sports are concerned?  For me it is not
only important but necessary.  I need to be working on achieving something
that is tangible.  For example yesterday I did two pull ups for the first
time sense my shoulder surgery.  The goal that I have set for myself is to
be able to do five pull-ups in the next month.  I am interested in hearing
from you.  Please also include your goals if you have any.
