Anita,
Funny you should ask about videos as we have had a good discussion about
them recently. I defer to my more educated college Kelly Thornbury who is a
pro as to what you actually should ddo by rule. However, my theory on the
ball is if it hurts a bit, do it. I like to do crunches from my back, do a
crunch on my back where I bring my right elbow to my left knee and my left
elbow to my right knee alternating and after touching I extend that just
touched leg fully, I lie on my stomach on the ball and roll my shoulders
toward the ceilling, I get on my chest with legs extended and arms out and
do some narly push-ups on the ball. Those are what I can think of off the
top of my head as I roll the ball round in my mind. Oh yeah, I also like to
lie on my back with knees bent and feet on floor ball underneath my feet and
roll the ball back and forth while crunching. Lie flat on your back with
arms straight above your head as if you were under arrest and feet
like-wise. Put the ball between your ankles. Bring the ball to your mid
section with your feet, take it with your hands, place it above your head
while putting your legs back down but not letting them touch the ground in a
leg lift type of position. Then take the ball still in your hands and return
it to your ankles at your stomach. It is wash, rinse, repeat there and gives
you smokin abs.
