Paralympic Combine: Got Skills?
U.S. Paralympics has created an athlete assessment tool, dubbed the "Paralympic Combine," to test athletes' skills and help determine in which sports an athlete may find the most success.
Athletes are tested on speed, agility, balance, strength, hand-eye coordination and endurance. The test can easily be set-up indoors and is done with minimal need for staff and equipment.
U.S. Paralympics will be running the Paralympic Combine at several events this summer, including the upcoming Endeavor Games in Edmond, Okla.
Come out and see if you've got skills!
