Hi All,
While I don't necessarily like all the "amazing" hype, and don't much like
that the disabled athletes pay less than the 'abled' athletes, this still
sounds like a heck of a lot of fun. Anyone here participated in this yet?
Details are below.
Thanks,
Everett

The Real Deal Inclusive Sports Adventure is a unique, inclusive T.E.A.M.
adventure that features T.E.A.M.s of 5 participants, two of whom must be
participants with disabilities, one of whom must be non-ambulatory. We were
honored this year to host a total of ten teams and 50 amazing participants.
The Real Deal Sports Adventure includes mountain biking in the Colorado
Rockies, white water rafting, climbing, hiking, rappelling , a zip-line over
the Colorado River, orienteering, swimming in the Colorado River, and
multiple T.E.A.M. problem solving, action-packed activities over the course
of three days (the first day is a training day).
The Real Deal Inclusive Sports Adventure showcases the power of inclusive
T.E.A.M.s, teaming participants with and without disabilities - showing what
is really possible when you include everybody and work together.
Talk about T.E.A.M. building!
To succinctly summarize the event, it was amazingly inspiring!
