[Sportsandrec] Missing the Usual Suspects and a note for NashvilleRiders

The Thornmeister!
I have almost written the same email the last several days in a row. Where
my homies at?
Ricky has gotten a good cycling program up and biking. It is on a night that
is less convenient for me, so I have yet to go.
I am still spinning, lifting like crazy, and have begun to play round with
the heavy bag. My forearms were irritating me as I did not believe they were
in line with the size of my biceps and chest, so I have begun to focus
heavily there the last couple days and those little critters are coming
along nicely. I want some of those Jason Giambi/ Popeye forearms. Vanity
drives me. I just want to look good with no shirt (smile) The bag is going
well. I can last several rounds now without dieing. I went last week and
forgot my gloves but hit it anyway. Do not do that. I have a great split
knuckle on my middle finger that I enjoy showing to people. Here look at my
owie. I have to make sure and not just hold up the one finger. My right
bicep is strained from all the curls and rows and my groin, both sides, is a
bit tight from the groin crushing machine. I'm home nursing today.
