Remember guys, b j j is ground grappling. While that it good, one does not
want to leave one's feet if possible. The best way to quickly locate your
opponent's weaknesses, and body parts is through the armes. They lead to
the body. Kill the arms, kill the body, the head will fall. The art of
hand trapping is a blind man't best friend.
Cheers.

Hello Heidi,

I remember talking to Larry Lee back in the 1990s. I am actually in better
shape then I was then. <GRIN> I figure at 57 if I don't use it, I will
loose it. I have watched my mother deteriorate to the point that she thinks
a tumbler of water is too heavy to lift and she blames age. Reality is that
Jack LaLane is 94 and in great shape. He says he can't die because it would
ruin his image. Chuck Norris is 70 and he is keeping up with his eight year
old twins.. It is possible to get older without getting 'old' and I am
really working on it.

JODY
