[Sportsandrec] Dartfish

Fellow Athletes,
I am curious if anyone has used Dartfish to enhance their training. If so
how do you access the information nonvisually? I am a weightlifter (Olympic
style) and the other day my coach had her computer, camera and dartfish
hooked up in the gym. My coach watched the video she shot and then relayed
her Dartfish-aided analysis to me. I'm curious if anyone knows of a better
way to benefit from the data offered by this software.
