Hello Bill,
Welcome to the list and of course the NFB as well!  My name is Jessica and I
am from Fairfax county Virginia.  I am originally from Plantation Florida,
though.  Your expertise sounds interesting.  As for me, I am a runner, snow
skier, white water kayaker, swimmer, hiker, and just about anything that
pumps those endorphins.

Hi,

My name is Bill Kociaba. I just joined this list as well as just joined NFB.


I am in Hollywood, Fl and am a former gym(fitness center)owner.  I have been
a massage therapist here in Fl for over 30 years as well as a personal
trainer. I owned and operated a gym called BODY MAGIC FITTNESS CENTER for
close to 20 years starting back in 1981. During that time I also promoted
the HOLLYWOOD BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS, the ATLANTIC STATES BODYBUILDING
CHAMPIONSHIPS and the DIAMOND CUP BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS for several
years. Over the years I have had the pleasure of training many people of
various ages and fitness levels from total beginners toserious athaletes. In
the late 80s I helped train some of the Special Olympics  contestants in my
area.

If I can be of any help to anyone on this list with nutrition  or some
guidance with an exercise program it would be my pleasure.  You can contact

Finally I am attending my first NFB convention in Orlando and look forward
