Hay LM,
Sometimes is fine. In fact that once in a while binge is almost required
to keep your eating kind of on track most of the time. Eating good is not
the easiest thing when there is junk available all around and finding
something healthy sometimes takes some effort. Like was already said,
moderation is the key. None of us have the time and funds and will power to
eat perfect. We also really have no reason to. Its just not letting it get
out of hand.
