[Sportsandrec] Statistics on Fitness in Blind Community

Hi,
I also struggle with staying away from sweets, especially at night. I did
not do that feast at disney land. But I did visit a buffet where I had
multiple chocolate desserts, my favorite topping; chocolate pie, cookies,
truffles, etc; anything chocolate will get me.

But really, as Roger said, if its in moderation or we eat say a half donut
in the afternoon, that's okay. Its these multiple sweets or the everyday
munching that add the calories and put on weight.
Roger, loved your chocolate story as it reminds me that we all love pigging
out and its hard
to consistently eat heathily.
Ashley

I am reminded when I visit family for thanksgiving. Its a junk food free
for all! Healthy trays are also part of this but I firstt go for anything
chocolate. Oh, another time at Dizney land, I ate at this place with an
all-you -can-eat dessert bar. Well, never mind the main course! I
litterally had a huge plate of mixed desserts with a huge glass of milk.
The happiest place on earth! Yes, healthy eating is really a conscious life
style wich I mostly have but I go off the chocolate deep end every now and
then. Moderation, modderation, modderation!
