[Sportsandrec] Statistics on Fitness in Blind Community

I used to have to hit the weight room at 8:30 pm just because of the
crowdedness factor of the gym during the earlier hours and then I would
have to get to bed at 10 or 10:30 to get up for work at 6.
And I never had too much of a problem sleeping but now I am able to go
at 3 pm and I realized I have way more energy for working out at that
time of day.
