I can usually squeeze in a couple of hours a day.  You have just got to
figure out how to squeezeit in.  You are looking for an average per week,
more of a balance.  Ashley,  you might be over training that one exercise.

Doing two spin classes a day is definitely the exception to the rule of
spinning and not, by any means, the rule, for a truth that, most of us
indeed are employed and cannot afford the time and effort required to invest
