Hello Tai,

I just asked Tom for a suggestion about jumping on the  boxes.  He says he
puts a 25 pound or heavier  bumper plate on top of the box.  That way if he
slips he hits the bumper and doesn't get hurt.  He says you can also
increase the height of the box by the thickness of the plates.
