I would guess that a possible solution is to record your session as your 
teacher or aide talks you through each pose and then listen to it 
afterwards.    I am not very familiar with yoga. I only had one yoga session 
in my life wich took place during time off at Guide dog school.  Some of 
those poses are intents!  If you keep doing each pose ouside of class will 
also help you remember each pose.
