I'm posting below a link to an audio yoga series I've heard many
positive things about. I can't personally vouch for its competency,
but I see no reason why it wouldn't be at least somewhat helpful to
you.

I'm not sure your particular learning structure, but perhaps you could
treat the poses like a mathematical equation. Memorize the variables
of the thing and stick it with a name, then test yourself in your
spare time with flash cards.

If the issue is truly only memorization, then the way to tackle it is
somehow remembering its variables. If the issue is a spatial awareness
issue, then maybe the thing to do is to attach particular concepts to
a set of corresponding sounds. Trigger yourself to have muscle memory
when you hear certain things, and then modify what sounds cause those
reactions.
