Just make sure you get enough of them. I ended up with two for each  end 
of the pool  and six going up the sides of the lane that I cut shorter. 
The shorter ones keep me strait and then when I hit the long ones I know 
to do the flip-turn.  But they are working splendidly for me, so good luck!
