Hello:

Did you already purchase the appliance or are you in the process of
searching for one?
If you are in the process of searching for one then try looking at some of
the suggestions in the NFB Accessible Home Showcase page.
https://nfb.org/accessible-home-showcase
it has an excellent compilation of information on quality and accessible
home appliances that blind people can use independently.

Regards,
C.C. Alan

Hi,

I didn't know those two lists exist. I'll forward my questions on to them
when I have a bit more information. I'll get another chance to look at one
of the two stoves tonight, and I'll be able to figure out exactly what
functions change and when. My understanding is that the reset feature is
available only in certain menus.

Thanks,
Justin
