I have not heard from you since Friday and I wanted to touch base and 
see how you and Blair are doing?

How did her vet appointment go on Friday?

Oh wanted to ask you. Have you got a sports academy store down your way?
We now have one here and man oh man we love it. Cyndi and i spend about 
an hour and a half if not longer there on Sunday.  We spend a good bit 
of money too but that was ok.
I finally found the wrist exerciser I have been looking for for years.  
We got a dart board, one of those exercise balls. I am a little unsure 
about it just yet. LOL
I saw all kinds of things I want.
Hey is there a piece of equipment you would recommend for targeting 
just the tummy area?

Ok well I am about to head out to see clients.
