[Sportsandrec] some suggestions please

Hi, Bill,

I think that it would be helpful if you were to record a session for
people who are interested in a muscle-building, total-body workout.
Something like you'd mentioned to cover pretty much every muscle in
the body. Personally, I like the idea of having five or six exercises
to focus on and really perfect rather than fifteen exercises that all
do pretty much the same thing. I'm a heck of a lot more likely to
stick with an exercise routine that's straightforward rather than one
where I have to commit to more than a dozen separate movements. Lazy?
I guess so. But it's true. I think that one of the huge turn offs to
exercise routines is how complicated they are right from the start.
Maybe building up to that level of complication is best for some
people rather than doing it from Day 1.
