Good morning, George, and other blinks who dig riding,

For me, I have found spinning (intense workouts on a stationary 
bike() an answer to being able to eat what I want and ride. No, it 
definitelly isn't as cool as riding outside, but if you supllement 
your appetite for the bike by spinning, you hneed not be too 
concerned with a prospective pilot, and his schedule. Just a thought, 
but you'll have to find a gym tha has a spinning program.
