[Sportsandrec] Accessible fitness programs like P90X/Insanity

Hello everyone,

My name is Minh and I am a college student from Massachusetts. A blind
friend and I are interested in getting fit for the summer time and I
was wondering if there are any accessible fitness programs like P90X
or Insanity that we could do right in the comfort of our rooms.
Accessible apps on the iPhone would work as well. Thanks so much for
any suggestions you can provide. :)
