Hi Min,
I can help you with a program if you like. Please take a look at my website
www.kociaba-fitness.com and contact me directly at kociabafitness at gmail.com

I am in the process of setting up an online coaching service and one thing I
will be offering is custom audio workouts.
Re P90X and insanity they are very extreme programs and I ouldn't suggest
them. You simply don't have to kill yourself to get in better shape and
those will both really beat you up unles you are already in great shape.

Subject: [Sportsandrec] Accessible fitness programs like P90X/Insanity

Hello everyone,

My name is Minh and I am a college student from Massachusetts. A blind
friend and I are interested in getting fit for the summer time and I was
wondering if there are any accessible fitness programs like P90X or Insanity
that we could do right in the comfort of our rooms.
Accessible apps on the iPhone would work as well. Thanks so much for any
suggestions you can provide. :)

Cheers,
Minh
