Hey Jessica,
I am 39. I have some i.t. and hip issues. I roll and stretch. When I began
two years ago, I couldn't run a hundred yards without stopping. I was the
heaviest in my history at 250 pounds. I ran three half marathons in twelve
months and have gotten down to a sweet 220 without the amount of discipline
I wish I had. I still have the odd pizza, dog, or beer.
