Hi Rachel,
If you are available at 9:00AM (EST) you are more than welcome to come check
out my morning exercise class online at www.blindcafe.net
I include a lot of mobility work as well as some bodyweight strength
training and a small bit of cardio as well. Most of the people who attend
have been there for a while so I tend to limit the descriptiveness unles
there is someone new there.
If that doesn't work for you I have a handful of recorded workouts that you
can download FREE from my website. Go to
http://kociaba-fitness.com/free_stuff
Those were created a couple of years ago for the members of the blind café
who couldn't attend the class and I recently added them to my website.
My final option to offer you is to create a totally original workout MP3
containing exactly whatever you might be looking for in a workout program.
If that is something that interests you please contact me off list at
kociabafitness at gmail.com
Hope this helps
Bill

Looking for recommendations for workout DVDs or cd. I love working out with
some instruction it keeps things interesting. Any more I am finding it
challenging to do routines correctly based on the limited verbal ques
designed for sighted.

Any suggestions?
