Hi I know that    I totally agree  but after dealing with doctors sometimes the patients have better advice... and I like to have "both experiences" when doing research. Thank you very much

It wasn't meant to be facetious, your question is medical advice probably best not obtained in this kind of forum. Even if your eye professionals don't do yoga they will be more informed on whether inverted head positions are contraindicated for your specific eye condition. Yoga may be ok for another poster and may not be for your specific condition. Just don't you basing a decision on advice that doesn't pertain to your specific circumstances.
