SportGood morning, everyone,

Spinning is definitely a must! We do it jmost mornings. Wedo
it most mornings. online from Walmart for about 350 a few years ago.
This bike isn't great but is tolerable for an hour once a week. :).
Most of the ride involves me nagging him to slow down or pay
attention to traffic rules. So a lot of exercise for my jaw.
