[Sportsandrec] Intro

I am Cindy Ray from Iowa and have just joined this list. I am currently not
a member of the Sports and Recreation Division, so I am wondering if I
should have been to join. It says you have to be members, but I'm not sure
if that is of the National Federation of the Blind or this particular
division. Do you have a place where one can join online?
