[Sportsandrec] Exercises

I don't know. Maybe I should write this to the seniors division, but some of
you might have ideas. So I was doing weight bearing exercises and some
exercises from Strong Women Series based on their arthritis program, and
stuff from Blind Alive, and I was feeling quite good about it. My hip has
been killing me. So I went to the doc yesterday and he suggested that I
should not be doing what I'm doing, marching in place, etc., and that I
should walk flat and not do stair step exercises. So what exactly am I
supposed to do, and what should I reject. I know, for instance, that regular
jumping jacks are an issue, so all jumping would be, and I don't do those
because I do modified ones. Any suggestions. I would love to sign up for
water aerobics, but I want to see what of this other stuff I can do because
I can't go to that class daily.
