[Sportsandrec] [Portlander] Fitness in Maryland

I am not sure if I am really interested or not, but I've been working with
my trainer off and on for seven years. There is some chance that she's over
cautious, because in some ways she treats me as if I am a little bit frail,
but not because of my age. I think I am satisfied to not do that right now
though. I am having fun doing what I'm doing.
Cindy

There is a lady in her seventies in my CrossFit gym. She has been doing it a
long time. Everyone starts somewhere. I would be careful dealing with people
who caution you about trying a thing in which you are interested.
