[Sportsandrec] [Portlander] Fitness in Maryland

With personal trainer, Achilles, and CrossFit, I asked everyone who works 
with me to treat me like any other client/ athlete and we work backward from 
there modifying as necessary. I fall sometimes, I bang up sometimes, but so 
does everyone else.
