Hi Ricky,

I have not heard of any adaptations  for that game. Your inquiry inspires me to call Usaba sometime.
I want there  to be a way for this to be accessible. I can see a person hitting the ball, but catching it in the way its thrown over sounds impossible unless there was some audible features. 
I've not tried racquetball bud did do some serving in volleyball during school PE.  Someome just handed me the ball to serve I think and they showed me how to do it.
