[SportsandRec] slow strength training

I am casting about for a companion, or trainer, who would work with me to
carry out a regimen of slow strength training. This exercise mode, which has
several variants, involves one or perhaps two very intense half-hour
workouts per week. I will be exercising from home. All this can be done, I
just have to get my act together to do it, and some support would be
beneficial.
