Join us on Tuesday, August 6, at 6 PM ET for a special SC Get Fit session on Zoom, presented by the National Federation of the Blind of South Carolina Sports and Rec Division. This time, we're excited to interview Jay Spencer, a blind wrestler who made history as the first wrestler from St. John Paul II High School to win the Alabama state title.

Jay, diagnosed with Leber congenital amaurosis 10 at age 3, has excelled in wrestling by relying on his sense of touch and feel. Hear Jay share his journey, experiences as a blind athlete, and future plans as he prepares to start law school at Faulkner University on August 7. We'll also hear from his mother, Gina, who will provide her perspective as a parent of a blind athlete.
