Wow, what a lot of activities! I've always wanted to know more about yoga
and thought of trying gentle yoga to start since its slower pace allowing me
time to learn the moves and the instructor to give me more cues in the
class.
Yoga, Weight training, etc, wow.
I hope you have a virtual component next year for those of us remotely
participating.

If the main sports and rec meeting was recorded, please share a link for it.
