Hello Robert and listers,

Or sang "Hail to the Chief" upon learning that his last name was Hoover.
Thanks to Dr. Hoover and those before him we travel independently without
ending up in concrete speaking of all things Hoover.

When I received the article its file type was not a standard Microsoft type
of document. It read o&M So when I opened it, the computer asked me for
help to know which program to open it. I chose Word. So in that conversion
some of the characters might have changed. Or, like you suggest, maybe that
doc at an earlier date came from a hard copy source and was scanned.

I'll send on the second article when I get if from Jeff (I wrote and thanked
him and reminded him that we are anticipating the second article with great
interest.

A side note- and maybe only my mind works this way- Gee, I'm glad no one
made anything of that Hoover guy's last name. Like ah ... The cane we now
use might have a different look, like maybe a vacuumed sweeper look?
