[stylist] Blind and segregation

I think the only way forward in these matters is to go back to
segregated education.  I think education has taken a nose dive since
blind kids have been placed in mainstream schools.

I also think it would be a good idea to teach braille to all kids who
are visually impaired or have family members who have inheditory
conditions were blindness is a possiblility later on since braille is
easier to learn when you are younger.
