okay Judith,
the kfc vs other chicken outlets was an analogy.

I'm going to that site shortly as my cane, the 30-year-old fiberglass 
looks like it survived a nuclear blast.  and actually I need a longer 
one, it doesn't reach my chin.
will let you know what I find.
