[stylist] The two list idea

A professional editors list that I am on does this. Whenever a thread
becomes more of a discussion marginally related to the main topic of the
list, it is moved to the OFF-list list.

Another device that might be helpful is that that list uses tags. For things
business related they use BIZ and then the subject (i.e. BIZ: calculating
taxes). Other categories for that list are: TOOLS, includes technology or
database type websites; QUERY, question regarding something they are working
on; and CHAT, which is used when something is starting to stray from being a
typical post to the list.

This might allow us to remain on the list and allow those to easily sort and
delete as they choose. We could create categories as we go along. PROJECT
could indicate all of the discussions around the possible anthology. DIV,
could indicate business related to the division such as upcoming conference
calls or plans for the division meeting at convention. BS, could stand for
brain storming where someone is tossing around ideas and questions for
something particular that they are writing. W? could stand for writing
specific questions. This might be something like the chapter length
discussion. And of course CHAT, could be when any topic wanders into that
land where it really isn't the main topic it started out to be.

Just trying to toss around some helpful ideas and really glad that the list
is productive now and turning into a valuable resource.
