[stylist] The two list idea

It's my understanding that the talk list for discussing blindness
related issues. This would be for discussing any issues including
blindness issues. I admit that I found the politics and child rearing
alternatives interesting. Even though it wasn't part of the list
discussion. That's the kind of list I'd find very interesting. One
where all topics could be discussed without any bounderies at all.
