Robert, I didn't pick up from the article that these people were blind. 
>From what I remember, Albinos are people who are born without skin 
pigmentation.  They are very blond or light haired.  In places like those 
named in the article, they live in countries that are not democratic.  They 
look different from others in their region and have no human rights.  Judith
