well Robert,
he was generally pretty good, taught me very well o&m, and as I said,
things like situational awareness, etc. yes, he was sighted,
employed by the Monterey county office of education, this was in the
70's, so he came to my school, and schools of many other students
around the county. like I said, the canes I was taught on were
shorter than nfb-long canes.
the track I ran on was outside.
