Mark Chorna is a Division member. He is a guy, an American transplant, who
lives and works out of Paris, France. Mark has the following question. I
will pass on any suggestions the list has for him. -

Question: I write fiction and creative non-fiction short stories, from flash
to long short. I can't read the print magazines on the market, and therefore
don't really know to what magazine markets I should send my stories. I of
course know the New Yorker, Harper's and The Atlantic Monthly, but these
reviews are not running after my stories, yet? My question: Are there
people, consultants, associations or agents who can read a short story and
choose the target magazine for submissions? If there is a payment necessary
for this service, what are the prices asked. Thank you for any info.
