[stylist] not a poet, I just blow it

well thanks Robert!
Foggy bottom is also the nickname for the state department, 
especially their place in washington d.c.

I did have to work at rhyming a couple of times but mostly that one 
just flowed.
raining so no more fog.
I also have to say that the humor in Dr. Seus poetry is very cool in 
my opinion.
