[stylist] Word Processing question

  Hi Lori,
There's nothing wrong with the default. It's 12 pt. Times New Roman, and
I use it for most of what I write in terms of research, interview notes,
non fiction articles and so forth. When I set up a new Chapter for my
book, however, I change to double-spacing in format/paragraphs and
change the Special combo box to "First Line" instead of the default
"none. I don't mind doing that. It's just having the font size/type
change to something that is neither the default nor what I changed to,
just because I pasted one document into another that drives me nuts. I'm
suspecting demonic posession of my computer and/or that Bill Gates has
employed Murphy.

I'm not sure how to do it with keystrokes. i do know I have been able to switch it to Ariel, 12 point, and my husband, who is totally blind, has made his Ariel 14 point. So it can be done. Get into the font menu, change the font and size to the ones you want, and tab till you land on default. Possibly you can check this with the space bar. Anyone want to confirm? Then hit okay, or apply, whatever they offer.
