[stylist] punctuation setting for word context

Thanks James. Yes that is good. What I was hoping to find, since I'd only
want punctuation spoken for proofing and not everyday reading, is to toggle
that on the fly. What you can do is press Insert V, then P, then change the
punctuation setting . If you ALT TAB out of Word to another program or
desktop, and return? The setting goes back to the config manager's default
setting which in my case is "some". That is close enough to a toggle for me
I guess :). Some settings in the verbocity setting with Insert V are
permanant and some aren't. I never worked out or tried to work out why or
which ones, but this is a good solution to my editing issue. Maybe
it'll serve someone else on the list too.
