[stylist] Anthology Reminder

Dear friends,

The holiday anthology idea has not been as successful as I'd hoped. In fact, only some half dozen people have submitted work, some of which I have accepted. This is a large division, seventy members strong, as I understand. Surely, more than six or eight of you have fiction, nonfiction (500 to 2,000 words) and/or poetry (5 to 50 lines) appropriate to Christmas/Chanukah and New Years, Easter/Passover, Independence Day (The Fourth of July) and/or Thanksgiving. I can't disappoint the people whose work has already been accepted, yet the book cannot be published as it currently stands.

So, I invite any Writers Division member with work that fits the above criteria to send it to me at the below e-mail address. Please remember only that this is a family publication. No violence, sex or obscenity is acceptable, though gentle love scenes and some mild strong language are OK.

Send your work including your full name, your e-mail address and if desired your street address in the body of the e-mail or as an attachment in .doc, .rtf or .txt format. Remember to state clearly what holiday each item is for. Include no  more than four items per e-mail message.
