[stylist] Writing Deadline and submission guidelines for next three issues of "Slate and Style"

I believe what was meant is that for the issues that comes out in
Winter 2011 (I believe in February?), the deadline is in November
before the end of the year. So, November 2010 for the Winter 2011
issue of Slate and Style.
