[stylist] NFB files civil rights complaint against Penn State

Jim,
Not sure what NFB HQ is, but I get NFBNet mailings from Dave and I've 
seen several lately on quiet cars, the blind driver challenge and Youth 
Slam, but not this one. I posted this several places including the PA 
list, and apparently no one's inteerested in talking about it.
