I would use the spell check function to check for the spaces, but I would
not try the replace bit. The reason I say this is because if you have more
than two spaces, and you replace it with only one space, you will still have
at least two or more spaces. For example, let's say your sentence ends and
you've accidently pressed space three times instead of once. If you did
spellcheck, it would probably show you there was more than one space and
allow you to replace this with a single space, but now the sentence would
have two spaces and not one because of the extra space. Sorry if this is
confusing. Please just save the file with another name before playing so
you can always revert back to the previous if your find and replace trials
don't turn out how you prefer. Also, if possible, you could use a Braille
display to deal with this issue. Anita
